Taxon description
Burakowski et al. 1974:
Gatunek zamieszkujący prócz Fennoskandii prawie całą Europę, notowany również z Kaukazu i Syberii. Zarówno w Europie jak i w Polsce w miarę posuwania się na północ coraz rzadziej spotykany. Żyje na żyźniejszych glebach, unika gleb piaszczystych, przeważnie spotykany pojedynczo, niekiedy tylko liczniej w napływkach popowodziowych.
