Taxon description
Motyl rzadki, spotykany częściej na południu kraju. Występuje w V i VI, a w przypadku odpowiednich warunków atmosferycznych (ciepłe lato) również w drugim pokoleniu w VIII. Gąsienice, dwojako ubarwione: zielone lub szarobrązowe, żerują na klonach od VI do VIII i odpowiednio w IX. W hodowli wykluwają się motyle trzeciego pokolenia w IX. Zimują poczwarki w oprzędach na ziemi.
