Taxon description
Gatunek nowy dla fauny Polski.
Dotychczas znany z Sambora k. Zagrzebia, Słowenii i Austrii.
Gatunek południowy, o słabo poznanym rozmieszczeniu ogólnym oraz biologii, gdyż stosunkowo niedawno opisany. Dotychczas wykazany z Chorwacji, Słowenii, Austrii Dolnej i Karyntii. W Polsce odkryty na jednym tylko stanowisku kserotermicznym; kilkadziesiąt chrząszczy złowiono w czerwcu na kwiatach głogów i roślinności zielnej porastającej zapadliska poeksploatacyjne dawnej kopalni gipsu.
