Taxon description
Burakowski et al. 1985:
Gatunek górski obejmujący zasięgiem Alpy, Karpaty, górzyste obszary we Francji, północnych Włoszech i w Bułgarii. W Polsce z całą pewnością nie został jeszcze stwierdzony, ale może być znaleziony w Tatrach, gdyż znany jest ze słowackiej części tych gór. Dotychczasowe ogólnikowe wzmianki o występowaniu w Galicji, Karpatach i Tatrach opierały się na jedynej wiadomości sprzed przeszło stu lat (M. Łomnicki 1874) o znalezieniu jednego okazu na Łysankach pod Łomnicą w Tatrach (Słowacja) w krainie regli. Zasiedla głównie wyższe partie górskie, gdzie przekracza górną granicę lasu, docierając do wysokości około 2500 m n.p.m.
Kuśka 1995:
Gatunek po raz pierwszy wykazany z Polski.
Występuje w górach Europy środkowej, podany z Alp Francuskich, Włoch, Szwajcarii, Austrii, gór Riła w Bułgarii (Dahlgren 1968) oraz z Tatr Słowackich (Korbel 1974).
Burakowski et al. 2000:
Gatunek górski, występujący powyżej granicy lasu, w kosówce i strefie hal. Notowany z Alp we Francji, Włoszech, w Szwajcarii i Austrii, w polskich i słowackich Tatrach oraz w górach Riła w Bułgarii. W Polsce wykazany z siedmiu stanowisk tatrzańskich, na wysokościach 1100-2000 m n.p.m. Bionomia tego gatunku nie jest poznana. W Tatrach chrząszcze poławiano w czerwcu i lipcu, na murawach, ziołorośłach, trawach i turzycach — Carex L.
