Taxon description

Kuśka 1995:

[Rhagonycha limbata] Gatunek zdecydowanie higrofilny, występujący głównie na łąkach ostrożeniowych, torfowiskach, młakach, na roślinności zielnej, w olszynach i łęgach. Częsty na wyżynach, w górach dochodzący do znacznych wysokości, w Tatrach do strefy kosodrzewiny. Biologia nie znana.
Gatunek europejski z centrum rozsiedlenia w Europie środkowej. Sięga daleko na północ, po Laponię, znany z okolic Komi w północnej Rosji.
