Taxon description
Prószyński et Staręga 1971:
Wprawdzie nazwa nadana przez Mengego jest o rok starsza, jest to jednak nomen oblitum i dlatego używamy młodszej nazwy «rutilans».
Gatunek europejski, niewystępujący na północy kontynentu. Żyje w suchych, piaszczystych biotopach – pod korą drzew i kamieniami, często spotykany w zabudowaniach.
