Taxon description
Kawecki 1985:
Jak się zdaje gatunek występuje w Polsce południowej, środkowej i zachodniej, dotąd nie udało się go znaleźć ani na Pobrzeżu Bałtyku ani w Olsztyńskiem (Kawecki 1968). Znany z Europy wschodniej, środkowej i zachodniej, a także z niektórych krajów Azji i z Ameryki Północnej. Rośliny żywicielskie: przede wszystkim tarnina i różne śliwowate. Poważny szkodnik drzew i krzewów owocowych (Kawecki 1972).
