Burakowski et al. 1979:

Gatunek rozprzestrzeniony prawie w całej Palearktyce. W Polsce dość rzadko spotykany, notowany z nielicznych rozproszonych stanowisk. Poławiany w ściółce i wśród mchów z rodzaju Sphagnum Ehrhardt oraz przy podstawie niskich roślin porastających pobrzeża wód.
