Taxon description
Burakowski et al. 1980:
Gatunek rozmieszczony w północnej i środkowej Europie, na południe docierający do Pirenejów, środkowych Włoch, północnych części Bośni i Serbii, Siedmiogrodu i Bułgarii. W Polsce występuje prawdopodobnie na całym obszarze, ale nie znany jeszcze z wielu krain. Zasiedla tereny nizinne i niższe położenia górskie, a wzdłuż dolin rzecznych dociera do strefy subalpejskiej. Znajdowany pod ekskrementami i gnijącymi szczątkami roślinnymi.
