Taxon description
Szeroko rozprzestrzeniony gatunek północnopalearktyczny, w Europie znany głównie ze środkowej i północnej części, gdzie sięga do koła podbiegunowego. W Polsce spotykany sporadycznie i dość rzadko zarówno na niżu, jak i w górach. Znajdowany w lasach pod gnijącymi grzybami, padliną i opadłym listowiem, niekiedy w napływkach.
