Taxon description
Gatunek zamieszkujący głównie północną Afrykę i południową Europę, na północ docierający do południowej części środkowej Europy, notowany również z Syrii. W Polsce znany z nielicznych stanowisk w południowej części kraju. Pojawia się wiosną i jesienią na pobrzeżach potoków i rzek wśród żwiru i piasku, pod kamieniami i napływkami.
