Taxon description
Szelegiewicz 1968:
Zachodnia Palearktyka, Ameryka Północna.
Gatunek holocykliczny i jednodomny. Żyje na spodniej stronie liści wiązu szypułkowego - Ulmus laevis Poll., rzadziej brzostu - Ulmus scabra Mill. i tylko wyjątkowo wiązu pospolitego - Ulmus campestris L, W cyklu rozwojowym brak bezskrzydłych dzieworódek.
