Taxon description
Klimaszewski 1967:
Podawany z całej Europy poza skrajną północą. Żyje na szakłaku pospolitym — Rhamnus cathartica L. i kruszynie pospolitej — Frangula alnus Mill. Zimują owady dorosłe, żerowanie larw powoduje powstawanie wyrośli na liściach żywiciela, nowe pokolenie pojawia się dopiero w końcu lipca.
