Taxon description
Szelegiewicz 1968:
Gatunek północnoamerykański, zawleczony do Europy około r. 1950 i obecnie dość szeroko rozprzestrzeniony: Francja, Holandia, Niemcy, Polska, Czechosłowacja, Węgry.
U nas już zadomowiony, holocykliczny. Żyje na pędach i liściach przymiotna kanadyjskiego — Erigeron canadensis L. i przymiotna białego — Erigeron annuus (L.) Pers. Nie atakuje rodzimych gatunków przymiotna.
