Taxon description
Burakowski et al. 1987:
Gatunek o niedostatecznie poznanym rozsiedleniu i bionomii; opisany z Litwy, poza Polską wykazywany dotychczas z nielicznych reliktowych stanowisk, w Karelii, na Morawach, Węgrzech, we Francji, w RFN, Hercegowinie, na Wyżynie Siedmiogrodzkiej i Kaukazie. Wszędzie bardzo rzadko i sporadycznie spotykany. W Polsce notowany z trzech tylko krain południowych na podstawie znalezisk sprzed kilkudziesięciu lat. Występuje w owocnikach hub na drzewach liściastych. Poławiany w towarzystwie innych gatunków omawianej rodziny, jak Sulcacis (S.) affinis (Gyll.), Octotemnus (O). glabriculus (Gyll.) i Cis (C.) boleti (Scop.).
