Taxon description
Prószyński et Staręga 1971:
Bardzo charakterystyczny gatunek rozpinający duże, lejkowate sieci na łąkach, wśród ziół i niskich krzewów w miejscach nasłonecznionych, a zarazem dość wilgotnych. Występuje w prawie całej Palearktyce, nieznany jednak z północnej Afryki.
