Taxon description
Gatunek rozsiedlony w Europie od środkowych części Hiszpanii i Włoch, Grecji po środkową część Fennoskandii, notowany również z Kaukazu i Syberii, gdzie sięga do Amuru. Zamieszkuje wilgotne gleby zwłaszcza gliniaste, głównie na pobrzeżach stojących wód eutroficznych. Znajdowany w miejscach silnie ocienionych przez zarośla lub drzewa liściaste, spotykany również na zabagnionych obszarach leśnych.
