Taxon description
Szelegiewicz 1979:
Gatunek palearktyczny, szeroko rozmieszczony w Europie, na Zakaukaziu, w Azji Środkowej, na Syberii i Dalekim Wschodzie. Polifag, u nas znaleziony na wiciokrzewie — Lonicera xylosteum L., barszczu — Heracleum sphondylium L., podagryczniku — Aegopodium podagraria L., dzięgielu — Angelica silvesiris L., trybule — Antriscus silvestris (L.) Hoefm., pokrzywie — Urtica dioica L., kukliku — Geum urbanum L. i niecierpku — Impatiens noli-tangere L. Nigdy nie tworzy zwartych kolonii i występuje pojedynczo na obu stronach liści. Zimuje w postaci imago.
