Taxon description
Gatunek eurosyberyjski, rozmieszczony w prawie całej Europie prócz Wysp Brytyjskich i północnej części Fennoskandii; najdalej na wschód znanym stanowiskiem jest Barnauł nad Obem. W Polsce wykazywany z nielicznych stanowisk na terenach nizinnych i górzystych. Zasiedla głównie gleby piaszczyste. Spotykany na wydmach, nasłonecznionych zboczach pagórków, w dołach po wybranym piasku i glinie, pod gnijącym opadłym listowiem, wśród mchów i korzeni luźno rosnących roślin.
