Taxon description

Burakowski et al. 1978:

Gatunek rozmieszczony głównie w południowej i środkowej Europie, z nielicznych stanowisk notowany również z Wysp Brytyjskich oraz południowych prowincji Szwecji i Finlandii. Występuje w gniazdach różnych gatunków mrówek z rodzaju Lasius Fabr. zasiedlających zmurszałe pnie i pniaki, zwłaszcza drzew liściastych, znajdowany również pod korą, i wśród mchów pokrywających pnie drzew.
