Taxon description
Burakowski et al. 1981:
Gatunek znany głównie z północnych prowincji Fennoskandii, z Grenlandii i Islandii, poza tym rzadko i sporadycznie notowany ze środkowej części Europy, gdzie znajdowany bywa na wilgotnych stanowiskach niżowych o zimnym mikroklimacie oraz w wyższych partiach górskich (Eifel, Harc, Rhön, Rudawy i Sudety). W Polsce pewne stanowiska są w Sudetach; inne ogólnikowe wzmianki o występowaniu w Galicji i Karpatach oparte są na danych odnoszących się do miejscowości leżących obecnie poza naszymi granicami. Poławiany wśród mchów, w detrytusie i pod kamieniami.
