Taxon description
Burakowski et al. 1980:
Gatunek halobiontyczny, rozpowszechniony na morskich wybrzeżach w północnej i zachodniej części Europy oraz w basenie Morza Śródziemnego, notowany również z nielicznych stanowisk nad Bałtykiem i Morzem Czarnym. Żyje pod rozkładającymi się morszczynami, kawałkami drewna i innymi szczątkami roślinnymi wyrzuconymi przez fale na pobrzeża morskie.
