Taxon description
Bardzo rzadki gatunek, o niejasnym zasięgu, znany z Włoch, Austrii, Czecho-Słowacji, Jugosławii, Bułgarii i Polski, ponadto notowany z Syberii. W Polsce znany dotychczas tylko z południowej części kraju. Występuje na łąkach, miedzach i przydrożach. Żyje na wilżynie ciernistej — Ononis spinosa L. i wilżynie bezbronnej — O. arvensis L. Rozwój larwalny nie jest znany.
