Burakowski et al. 1973:
Gatunek ciepłolubny. Zamieszkuje środkową i południową Europę; północna granica zasięgu przebiega przez środkową Francję, okolice Berlina i północną Polskę. Zasiedla otwarte miejsca na piaszczystych i gliniastych brzegach rzek i glinianek.
