Taxon description
Gatunek rozprzestrzeniony od Wysp Brytyjskich i południowych prowincji Skandynawii przez środkową Europę do Pirenejów, północnych Włoch, Rumunii i Ukraińskiej SRR. Wszędzie rzadko i sporadycznie spotykany. W Polsce znany z nielicznych stanowisk tylko w południowej części kraju. Występuje w zmurszałym drewnie gałęzi i pni drzew liściastych, pod korą starych drzew, wśród mchu i pod opadłymi liśćmi.
