Taxon description
Burakowski et al. 1997:
Gatunek zamieszkujący wschodnią i północno-wschodnią część Europy oraz Fennoskandię, sięgający na południowy zachód po Niemcy, Polskę, Czechy, Słowację i Węgry. W Polsce należy do rzadkości — notowano go tylko z trzech krain, ostatnio odnaleziony również na Pobrzeżu Bałtyku i w Sudetach Wschodnich. Zasiedla łąki, pola, przydroża, suche zbocza i zarośla. Żyje na mniszku pospolitym — Taraxacum officinale Web. i starcu polnym — Senecio integrifolius (L.) Clairv.
