Taxon description
Gatunek rzadko i sporadycznie spotykany występujący głównie na piaszczystych wybrzeżach Bałtyku i Morza Północnego, notowany również z nielicznych stanowisk śródlądowych. Pojawia się zwykle późną jesienią na wydmach piaszczystych, często w towarzystwie Leiodes ciliaris (W. L. Schmidt).
