Taxon description
Burakowski et al. 1981:
Gatunek notowany z górskich terenów leśnych Sudetów, Beskidów i Karpat, wykazywany także ze Średniogórza Czeskiego i Pradziada. W Polsce z całą pewnością jeszcze nie stwierdzony; nie jest wiadome czy ogólnikowe wzmianki podane przez G. A. Lohsego odnoszą się i do naszego obszaru górskiego. Niewykluczone jednak, że doniesienia o występowaniu w Polsce gatunku określanego jako S. (Sipalia) flavicornis (Brancs.) faktycznie dotyczą gatunku tu omawianego.
Burakowski et al. 2000:
Gatunek górski, opisany z Alp Karnickich, obejmujący zasięgiem Alpy Austriackie i Julijskie, Tyrol, Karawanki, Sudety, Karpaty oraz góry w Bułgarii. W Polsce stosunkowo niedawno stwierdzony; ogólnikowe wzmianki o występowaniu w Tatrach i Beskidach wymagają potwierdzenia konkretnymi stanowiskami. W t. 8 «Katalogu» (str. 48) wymieniony bez stanowisk pod nazwą synonimiczną. Występuje głównie w strefie subalpejskiej i alpejskiej, w Bieszczadach łowiony na wysokościach 1200-1340 m n.p.m. Zasiedla ściany, półki i szczeliny skalne, żyje wśród próchnicy, wilgotnych mchów i porostów, korzeni roślin i pod opadłym listowiem.
