Taxon description
Obszar rozsiedlenia tego gatunku obejmuje zachodnią i środkową Europę oraz północną część Półwyspu Bałkańskiego, notowany także z Kaukazu. W Polsce nadzwyczaj rzadko spotykany, znany z pojedynczych stanowisk w trzech krainach. Rośliną żywicielską jest jasnota biała — Lamium album L., nadto na wiosnę postacie dojrzałe obserwowano na kwiatach podbiału pospolitego — Tussilago farfara L., ziarnopłonów — Ficaria Adans, szczawików — Oxalis L. i knieci — Caltha L.
