Taxon description
Burakowski et al. 1981:
Gatunek zamieszkujący głównie środkową i południową Europę, wykazywany również z dwu południowych prowincji Szwecji, Kaukazu i wschodniej części Ameryki Północnej, W Polsce rzadko spotykany na terenach nizinnych i na podgórzach. Występuje na torfowiskach, w bagiennych lasach liściastych, w śródpolnych rowach melioracyjnych, w detrytusie i wśród mchów; w zimie niekiedy w kretowiskach na wilgotnych łąkach. Poławiany od września do maja.
