Taxon description
Burakowski et al. 1980:
Gatunek rozsiedlony głównie w środkowej i zachodniej Europie, na północ docierający do Wysp Brytyjskich, południowej części Fennoskandii i Karelskiej ASRR, a na południe do Pirenejów, północnych Włoch i Siedmiogrodu. Prawdopodobnie występuje w Polsce na całym obszarze, aczkolwiek brak jeszcze udokumentowanych danych z wielu krain. Zamieszkuje tereny nizinne i górskie, występując zarówno w suchych środowiskach na terenach otwartych, jak i na wilgotnych miejscach w lasach. Spotykany pod kamieniami, opadłymi liśćmi, napływkami i wśród mchów.
