Taxon description
Gatunek rozsiedlony w północnej Afryce, południowej i zachodniej Europie oraz południowej części Europy Środkowej, notowany również z zachodniej Azji i Syberii. W Polsce nadzwyczaj rzadko spotykany, znany tylko z nad Dolnej Nidy. Dotychczas złowiono dwa osobniki, z których jeden przyleciał do światła w Krzyżanowicach, drugiego zaś znaleziono w szczelinie gleby na słonawisku w Gadawie (B. Burakowski*). Gatunek ciepłolubny, uważany za relikt cieplejszego okresu postglacjalnego, żyje na otwartych, nasłonecznionych miejscach, skąpo pokrytych niską roślinnością.
