Taxon description
Gatunek występujący w południowej i środkowej części Europy, przy czym w miarę posuwania się ze wschodu na zachód coraz rzadziej spotykany. W Polsce notowany z nielicznych stanowisk w ośmiu tylko krainach. Bionomia słabo poznana. Postacie dojrzałe poławiano na jesieni i wiosną w zmurszałym drewnie dębu, buka i klonu, pod odstającą korą, wśród mchów na starych pniach oraz wśród suchego listowia przy podstawie pni.
