Taxon description
Burakowski et al. 1976:
Gatunek rozmieszczony w prawie całej Europie z wyjątkiem północnej części Fennoskandii oraz Podobszaru Śródziemnomorskiego. Występuje zarówno na terenach otwartych, jak i leśnych oraz na torfowiskach. Spotykany w drobnych, zarośniętych zbiornikach wodnych: w małych stawkach, bajorkach, rowach, dołach.
