Taxon description
Gatunek górski, rozmieszczony w południowej i środkowej Europie, notowany również z Kaukazu. W Polsce chrząszcz nadzwyczaj rzadko spotykany, wykazany tylko z trzech krain, przy czym wzmianki o występowaniu w Sudetach Wschodnich oparte są na znaleziskach sprzed przeszło stu lat.
