Taxon description
Burakowski et al. 1987:
Gatunek występujący od południowo-wschodniej Francji i Włoch aż do Półwyspu Bałkańskiego, na północ docierający do Średniogórza Niemieckiego i Węgier. W Polsce z całą pewnością nie stwierdzony. Wzmianki podane w ubiegłym wieku o występowaniu tego gatunku w okolicy Wrocławia i w Galicji opierały się prawdopodobnie na błędnych oznaczeniach okazów; wiadomości te nie znalazły później potwierdzenia w spisie chrząszczy śląskich (Gerhardt 1910), ani w wykazie chrząszczy polskich (M. Łomnicki 1913).
