Taxon description
Burakowski et al. 1978:
Gatunek palearktyczny, pospolity w Europie sięgający do skrajnych prowincji północnych, notowany również z Wysp Azorskich i Ameryki Północnej. W Polsce znany z pojedynczych, rozproszonych stanowisk. Występuje zarówno na terenach nizinnych, jak i górskich przekraczając górną granicę lasu. Znajdowany pod butwiejącymi szczątkami roślinnymi w wysychającym nawozie, przylatuje w nocy do światła.
Burakowski et al. 1978:
[KFP 935: Acrotrichis chevrolatii] Gatunek zasiedlający środkową Europę i południową część Europy północnej, wykazany również z Francji i północnych Włoch. W Polsce rzadko notowany, przeważnie na podstawie dawnych znalezisk, od przeszło 40 lat na żadnym stanowisku powtórnie nie spotykany. Występuje pod butwiejącymi szczątkami roślinnymi, w pryzmach kompostu i nawozu, w ściółce, zmurszałych drzewach i gniazdach kretów.
Burakowski et al. 2000:
[KFP 5760 (939b): Acrotrichis nowosadi] Gatunek mało znany, stosunkowo niedawno opisany z Polski na podstawie czterech samców i ośmiu samic złowionych na dwu stanowiskach. Wymagania ekologiczne nie znane. Okazy dowodowe łowiono w Jarocinie 9 III 1980 w gnieździe kreta — Talpa europaea L., na głębokości 20 cm pod powierzchnią ziemi, a w Krakowie w ogrodzie, wśród starego, wilgotnego siana blisko kompostu.
