Taxon description
Gatunek rozpowszechniony w Europie od Portugalii, środkowych Włoch i północnej Grecji do południowej części Fennoskandii, notowany również z Kaukazu i zachodniej Syberii. Zasiedla gleby piaszczyste i żwirowate, niekiedy z domieszką gliny, spotykany zwykle pojedynczo, najczęściej na terenach otwartych, słabo ocienionych, na skrajach lasu, ale również na mniej lub więcej gołych miejscach śródleśnych.
