Taxon description
Heintze 1990:
Motyl dość pospolity, lata od VI do IX. Gąsienice, początkowo o różnej barwie — od czarnozielonych do jasnozielonych — po ostatnim linieniu ciemne z rozjaśnieniami na każdym segmencie, żerują od jesieni do wiosny na różnych roślinach zielnych oraz malinach, jeżynach i in. Przepoczwarczają się w słabych oprzędach płytko w ziemi.
