Taxon description

Burakowski et al. 1987:

Gatunek zamieszkujący tereny górzyste w środkowej części Europy, Francji, Włoch północnych oraz Półwyspu Bałkańskiego. W Polsce notowany z nielicznych stanowisk w południowej części kraju. Występuje w lasach na podgórzach i w górach, docierając do regla górnego. Bionomia poznana niedostatecznie. Postacie dojrzałe poławiano głównie w lipcu i sierpniu na kwitnących roślinach, zwłaszcza z rodziny baldaszkowatych.
