Taxon description

Burakowski et al. 1979:

Pospolity, szeroko rozprzestrzeniony gatunek od Wysp Brytyjskich i południowej części Skandynawii przez środkową i południową Europę aż do północnej Afryki, notowany również z Syberii, Azji Mniejszej i południowo-wschodniej Azji. Zasiedla tereny nizinne i niższe położenia górskie. Występuje pod rozkładającymi się szczątkami roślinnymi, zwłaszcza grzybami, opadłym listowiem, w pryzmach kompostowych, nawozie i pod ekskrementami.
