Taxon description

Klimaszewski 1967:

Znany z całej Europy oraz ze środkowej Azji i Mongolii. Loginova (1962) podaje, że znany jest także z Jawy jest to jednak niezrozumiała pomyłka, gdyż nie stwierdzono dotąd występowania tego gatunku poza Palearktyką. Żyje na szczawiach — Rumex L.
