Taxon description
Szelegiewicz 1968:
Europa: Niemcy, Polska, Czechosłowacja.
Gatunek holocykliczny i jednodomny. Żeruje na szyjce korzeniowej i przyziemnych liściach pięciornika srebrnego — Potentilla argentea L., rzadziej pięciornika gęsiego — Potentilla anserina L. Kolonie tej mszycy odwiedzane są zawsze przez mrówki.
