Taxon description
Burakowski et al. 1983:
Gatunek rozsiedlony w Europie środkowej i południowej, zwłaszcza w jej części zachodniej, notowany również z Kaukazu, Azji Mniejszej i Zakaukazia. W Polsce rzadko spotykany, znany z nielicznych rozproszonych stanowisk w zachodniej części kraju, poza tym wykazywany z okolic Przemyśla. Poławiany wiosną na ciepłych stanowiskach, pojedynczo również w sierpniu, w ekskrementach owiec, kóz i królików, niekiedy również znajdowany w przedsionkach nor susłów i lisów.
