Taxon description
Burakowski et al. 1973:
Pospolity, szeroko rozmieszczony gatunek palearktyczny, zawleczony również do Ameryki Północnej. Zasiedla brzegi słodkich, stojących lub wolno płynących wód, niekiedy na wilgotnych gruntach uprawnych, przekłada nad inne gleby gliniaste i gliniasto-piaszczyste.
