Taxon description
Burakowski et al. 1986a:
Szeroko rozpowszechniony gatunek palearktyczny, w Europie sięgający daleko poza koło podbiegunowe. W Polsce rzadko i sporadycznie spotykany, notowany z nielicznych stanowisk położonych głównie w południowej części kraju. Występuje w zmurszałym i przegrzybiałym drewnie, pod zbutwiałą odstającą korą oraz w owocnikach grzybów Reticularia sp. i Lycoperdon sp., często w towarzystwie Sphindus dubius (Gyll.).
