Taxon description
Gatunek mało znany, opisany przed przeszło stu łaty, wykazywany z Finlandii oraz ze Szwecji, gdzie sięga do koła podbiegunowego, ponadto notowany z Austrii oraz rejonów górzystych w Europie Zachodniej. W Polsce wykazany z dwu stanowisk w Puszczy Białowieskiej na podstawie 6 okazów złowionych w latach 1989, 1992, 1993, 1995, w miesiącach: maj, czerwiec i lipiec. Bionomia tego gatunku nie jest poznana. Występuje na obszarach leśnych, spotykany również w parkach; postacie dojrzałe w Austrii poławiano w ściółce lasu świerkowego oraz w dziupli pnia dębu.
