[KFP 3505: Atomaria umbrina] Szeroko rozprzestrzeniony gatunek europejski, w Fennoskandii sięgający do skrajnych prowincji północnych, na południe docierający na Półwysep Iberyjski, do środkowych Włoch i Serbii. W Polsce notowany z południowej i zachodniej części kraju. Znajdowany pod odstającą, przegrzybiałą korą drzew iglastych i liściastych, w hubach oraz w łuskwiaku zmiennym — Pholiota mutabilis (Schaeff.) Fr., grzybie roztoczowym na drewnie pniaków i martwych powałów, zwłaszcza drzew liściastych.
[KFP 3502: Atomaria pumila] Gatunek o nieustalonej randze taksonomicznej, przez niektórych autorów uważany za formę A. (A.) linearis Steph. Dotychczas znany tylko z Polski, gdzie notowany z pojedynczych stanowisk w czterech tylko krainach. Wymagania środowiskowe i bionomia nie są znane.
