Taxon description
Gatunek zamieszkujący Grecję, Włochy, południową część Europy Środkowej po wschodnią Austrię, Morawy i Słowację oraz zachodnie rejony południa europejskiej części byłego ZSRR. W Polsce nie występuje. Ogólnikowo wykazany z Polski w 1913 r. na podstawie znalezisk w okolicach Lwowa (M. Mroczkowski i J. Stefańska 1992). Bionomia jest poznana fragmentarycznie. Postacie dojrzałe spotykano na nasłonecznionych pobrzeżach lasu, w zaroślach i żywopłotach, na przestępie białym — Bryonia alba L. i przestępie dwupiennym — B. dioica Jacq.
