Taxon description
Gatunek zachodniopalearktyczny, rozsiedlony w całej Europie (prócz północnej części Skandynawii) i w zachodniej części północnej Afryki, znany też z Kaukazu, Azji Mniejszej i zachodniej Syberii. Zamieszkuje gleby różnych typów na terenach wilgotnych oraz pobrzeżach wód; żyje wśród opadłych liści i innych rozkładających się resztek roślinnych.
